My treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is a treatment modality that assesses an individual’s maladaptive thoughts and problem behaviors.

Through solution focused treatment, the individual modifies their behaviors. Positive therapy is another modality that I use to strengthen a person’s beliefs and feelings, and keep a client focused on their purpose.

Clients in positive therapy stay in the here and now.

*I also provide Telehealth service. Inquire with therapist.
